Entegra Power Group, new to MISO South, owns and operates some of the largest independent power plants in the United States, including the Arkansas Union Power Station, which produces close to 2,200 MW of power in the MISO market.
After reviewing Power Settlements and several competing software vendors, Entegra selected SettleCore™ for all of their interactions and communications in the MISO market. Entegra and Power Settlements recently completed the SettleCore™ implementation for all of their bid to bill interactions in MISO.
Today, marked a major milestone of Power Settlements. We deployed the SettleCore – MISO system to several market participants of the MISO markets. In this release, we delivered the ISO Downloader Module, the Scheduling Module, the Settlements Analyzer Module, and the Shadow Settlements Module.
Power Settlements Licenses its Business Intelligence and Analytics Software to Additional Customers
Power Settlements announces two more companies have selected our SettleCore – Business Intelligence and Analytics Module (“BI Module”) for resource portfolio performance analysis in ISO/RTO markets. Our second deployment of the SettleCore – BI Module occurred last week for the City of Riverside. Additionally, a third power company has selected this module and scheduled the deployment in early 2013.
After a successful testing phase, followed by a successful parallel test, one of California’s largest investor owned utilities rolled the SettleCore – Business Intelligence and Analytics Module into their production SettleCore environment.
